Our fees made clear

We are upfront about costs and will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome for your estate.

Big changes to pension and inheritance tax rules coming in 2027: what you need to know
From 6 April 2027, the UK government will introduce one of the most significant shifts in pension and inheritance tax (IHT) policy in recent years. These changes could affect how much tax your loved ones pay on your estate, especially your pension savings.

Sustainable farming and tax relief: what’s changing in 2025?
Could your farm withstand a major inheritance tax bill, or the loss of key sustainability funding? With vital tax reliefs under review and environmental support schemes being phased out, many landowners are facing a perfect storm of financial uncertainty. While some are exploring diversification through sustainable energy, it’s important to understand the potential tax implications before making any decisions.

Wills Q&A Part 2: Executors, probate, and common misconceptions
In Part 1, we covered why a Will is important and what to include. Now let’s talk about what happens after your Will is written, and how to make sure it’s carried out properly.
