Libby assists clients with enquiries regarding drawing up or amending both simple or complex wills, trusts and preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Libby provides a sensitive approach towards clients, knowing that they may be vulnerable, and avoids legal jargon, explaining things in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
