I have recently used the service of Kerry Brown and Beccy Rodham in the conveyancing team for the sale of a property and I am currently also using their services for a transfer of ownership. The sale of the property had a few issues (one sale fell through) but Rothera Bray dealt with the whole transaction with expertise and were responsive to e-mails. The best experience I have ever had with solicitors. Superb from start to finish, kept me updated throughout regarding the sale of my home, were always there when I rang and really had my interests at heart. Scotland has taken the decisive step to address that gap by introducing the UK’s first statutory licensing framework for these procedures through the Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Act 2026. The Act received Royal Assent on 12 May 2026.
