Marika Whiteman is an Associate Solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Commercial Property team and is based at our Loughborough office.

Marika is committed to keeping clients fully informed throughout their matter, maintaining clear and open communication at every stage. She takes the time to understand each client’s objectives, the nature of their business, and the reasons they are seeking support. Her approach is centred on genuine interest in their situation, ensuring that her advice is tailored and aligned with what they are aiming to achieve.
She also has experience undertaking pro bono work, reflecting her commitment to access to justice and supporting those who need legal assistance.
Marika acts for commercial property lenders, property investors and landowners, advising on a variety of transactional matters. She has also previously worked on transactions involving the NHS, including the grant of leases containing NHS-specific requirements and clauses.

Our Corporate team has advised Netherlands-based Formula Air Group B.V. on its strategic acquisition of Dust Spares Ltd, a specialist Midlands supplier of dust extraction products and components.
