“My dealings with Rothera Bray came through a recommendation and it is clear why people chose to recommend others when needing to deal with legal matters. A clear choice to get to the direct actions needed and cut through legalities into plain English at a time where personal guidance and being human matters. Thanks again for all your help.”Settlement Agreement Client
“My experience with Natalie at Rothera Bray was nothing short of outstanding. They handled my case with the utmost professionalism and care. They took to time to explain the process and documentation which allowed me to become well informed when dealing with the investigation. Natalie’s attention to detail was superb and her recommendations and suggestions were relevant and greatly assisted the investigation. Natalie’s professionalism and timely communication helped alleviate my stress in this emotional process. With the excellent support from Rothera Bray I achieved the most sensible outcome. I am deeply grateful for their service and would highly recommend them for legal services in employment cases. ”Employment Client
“Rothera Bray (specifically Natalie and Joshua) did an excellent job of supporting me through my MARS agreement. Thankfully, my case was straightforward, but all the details of my agreement were made very clear to me, and I was kept constantly assured that I would be well-represented if any issues arose in the process. All aspects of my case were dealt with very professionally and efficiently by friendly and approachable staff. I highly recommend Rothera Bray for all employment law matters.”T Wicks
“Thank you so very much for your message and for your kindness throughout. We feel so blessed getting to know you and for all the help you provided us with. ”Dina
“Thank you for your excellent work involved in resolving the issue in our favour, it gives me a sense of satisfaction that pursuing the threats from these large international businesses has in this case paid off. Once again I am more than happy with the service received from Rothera Bray and as I say, the way it was handled by you, personally and would certainly recommend the firm to anyone in need of your services.”Brett Hannon
“After receiving a grievance from a former employee Natalie Abbott helped me with the initial response letter. Unfortunately the former employee was looking to capitalise on the situation and made an application to the employment tribunal, this was a very stressful time for me but Natalie completed all the response forms on my behalf and represented me at the tribunal preliminary hearing. Natalie responded to all emails promptly and was always there when I needed her invaluable advice. With her help and expert knowledge in employment law this matter has now been settled and I am very happy with the outcome which could have been very different if I didn’t have her expert representation.”
“I appreciate the help and efficiency that both Lauren and Natalie demonstrated in actioning my case. The experience was smooth, thorough and professional and concluded swiftly. Thank you both.”Ann Fish
“My case was handled very professionally and person very understanding personally to my situation.”Mark Whysall
“My experience with Rothera Bray was an easy and smooth process, regarding a settlement agreement with a previous employer. They helped me understand all the legal jargon and details and made it very clear what the agreement was asking of me and what they would provide in return without it seeming complicated. They were prompt and resolved any issues or queries I had and I found them to be friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Rothera Bray to anyone seeking legal advice, even if you've had no experience with a solicitor before, as they're very welcoming and help you to understand everything. ”E. Jackson
“My experience has been very good. Clear, professional advice and an efficient service. I felt I was in good hands and that my needs were understood, I received the right advice and then the correct outcome without anything getting difficult or nasty. I felt a very assured service with clear experience demonstrated in Employment Law related issues. I would recommend Rothera Bray, this is the second time I have used the firm for 2 different reasons and both times I found them professional, helpful and clear. They explain upfront the costs and this is helpful to make choices without pressure. ”
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the way you helped and supported me through this process and for removing much of the pressure associated with the decisions I had to make in such a short space of time.”Mike Jones
