Use of AI – Important Client Guidance

We use selected AI tools to assist in delivering our legal services. We remain fully responsible for the advice we provide.

Clients may also be considering using AI tools in relation to their matters. We ask that clients exercise caution when doing so.

In particular, clients should take care not to:

  • Upload or share our advice or documents with AI tools
  • Use AI tools to review legal advice we have given
  • Input any confidential and/or sensitive information about their matter or parties connected to their matter into AI systems

This is because AI tools are learning systems, and information entered into them may be stored, processed, or used to improve the service.

As a result, this may:

  • Compromise confidentiality (information may be stored or shared externally)
  • Waive legal professional privilege, which could harm your position
  • Lead to inaccurate or misleading results

If you have any questions or wish to check any aspect of your matter, we recommend contacting us directly for advice tailored to your circumstances.
