Jeremy is a Partner in our wills, probate & trusts department – one of the largest departments across Nottinghamshire. Jeremy can provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters covering the creation and administration of wills and trusts, and financial and tax planning and works with clients to ensure they get the advice they need when it is required.

Changes are coming to inheritance tax (IHT) for agricultural and business assets. After strong pushback on the original £1 million cap announced in the Autumn 2024 Budget, the Treasury has revised its plans.
