Kirsten Wood leads the firm’s Wills and Probate department and is a partner with over 18 years’ experience specialising in will drafting, tax, trusts, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.

Kirsten is based at our Lace Market office and regularly acts for clients across Nottinghamshire. She works closely with clients to ensure their wishes are carried out and family and loved ones are properly provided for. The Wills & Probate team fully understand that legal issues affecting you and your family can be stressful and Kirsten is on hand to guide clients through the legal process to ensure all advice given is clear, fit for clients’ needs and brings about the best outcome for you.
