Kirsten Wood leads the firm’s Wills and Probate department and is a partner with over 18 years’ experience specialising in will drafting, tax, trusts, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.

Approach
Kirsten is based at our Lace Market office and regularly acts for clients across Nottinghamshire. She works closely with clients to ensure their wishes are carried out and family and loved ones are properly provided for. The Wills & Probate team fully understand that legal issues affecting you and your family can be stressful and Kirsten is on hand to guide clients through the legal process to ensure all advice given is clear, fit for clients’ needs and brings about the best outcome for you.
Kirsten is a fully accredited member of STEP.

- Joined Latham & Co as a trainee solicitor in 2003 and qualified into the Wills & Probate department in 2005 before leaving in 2013
- Joined Flint Bishop as a Solicitor in 2013 to 2021, during this time she was promoted to Senior Associate
- Joined Rothera Bray as a Senior Associate in 2021
- Kirsten became a Partner at Rothera Bray in October 2022
- Kirsten became head of Rothera Bray’ Wills and Probate department in January 2023
