Janet Prentice is a Paralegal in Rothera Bray’s Wills, Probate and Trusts department and is based at our Lace Market office in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
Approach
As part of the Wills and Probate team Janet assists with the creation of new Wills, the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and the administration of estates.
Janet understands that many clients enquiring about wills and probate matters are still grieving, therefore she provides a sympathetic approach whilst ensuring that she obtains the information required from the client by communicating with clarity and honesty.

- Janet has previously worked as a legal assistant in the Wills and Probate department of another local firm
- Prior to this, Janet lived in South Africa and has 30 years’ experience in the property industry dealing with a wide breadth of property matters, including viewing and listing properties, selling properties, mortgages, new builds and operations and maintenance
