The firm’s multidisciplinary team, consisting of Senior Partner Tim Gladdle, Associate Arron Halait and Solicitor Krupa Sodha (Corporate), Managing Associate Rachel Mills (Employment), and Associate Solicitor Amy Moore (Commercial Property) advised on every aspect of the acquisition.

This included not only the purchase of Worldbake’s business and assets, but also the incorporation of the new UK company, along with assistance with setting up banking arrangements to support Ditsch UK’s ongoing operations.

Commenting on the deal, Senior Partner Tim Gladdle said:

‘We are delighted to have supported Ditsch UK on this important acquisition. Ditsch and the wider Valora Group are major global players in the bakery and “foodvenience” markets, and it has been a privilege for our team to work alongside them.

‘This transaction strengthens their footprint in the UK and Irish markets while demonstrating our firm’s ability to support high‑growth international businesses with complex, multi‑disciplinary legal requirements.’
