Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1983, giving him 40 years of legal experience. He specialises in advising a wide range of companies on corporate and commercial affairs and transactions.

Tim is an experienced corporate lawyer who has extensive experience of advising on corporate transactions and affairs. He has clients across a wide variety of sectors and has worked with owners of businesses of all sizes providing advice on legal issues that have helped them to grow to become the successful organisations they now are. He has also advised the owners of many companies and partnerships on exit strategies and acted in the sale of those businesses to realise their value and their owners’ aspirations.

Ann Moralee, the mother of Isabelle Sapherson-Moralee, 22 – lovingly known as ‘Izzy’ – has spoken about the devastation her death from ketamine addiction has caused.
