Amy Emmerson is a Paralegal in Rothera Bray’s Wills and Probate team and is based at our Beeston office.

Amy plays a key role in supporting the Wills and Probate team, assisting with a wide range of matters. She helps new clients with their enquiries and ensures documents are prepared accurately and efficiently for colleagues.
Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Amy takes the time to guide clients through the process with care and compassion. Her strong organisational skills and commitment to delivering excellent service make her a valued member of the team.

Greg Almond, our Serious Personal Injury Partner, represents two of the surviving victims of the Nottingham attacks Wayne Birkett and Sharon Miller. He has issued a statement in response to the Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust confirming that 11 staff members have been dismissed for unlawfully accessing the medical records of the Nottingham Attack’s victims.
