In most cases applying for a new operator’s licence is a quick and easy exercise. At other times however, an O licence application can be a long and difficult process: Emails back and forth with the Central Licensing Office, further information requests and long delays. As an applicant, you may even find you and your business called to a Public Inquiry hearing by the Traffic Commissioner.
