Transport Contracts & Agreements
Commercial contracts and agreements underpin almost all business relationships in the transport and logistics sector. The likelihood is that the commercial agreements with your customers, suppliers, contractors and agents will govern your business model. Whether these were drafted on your behalf or not, it is crucial that you understand both the content, implications and constraints of these agreements.
Our commercial transport and logistics team take a no-nonsense, commercial approach to drafting or renegotiating your contracts and agreements. Whilst our ultimate aim is to offer you good business protection, we also understand the human aspect to any business relationship and always negotiate with an eye on maintaining and advancing your commercial relationships.
We can:
- Review any new agreements you are being asked to sign and advise you on any risks and implications, and on your options,
- Seek to renegotiate existing agreements and contracts on your behalf,
- Draft entirely new contracts for you to use both within your business and with third parties.

I recently worked with Will in relation to a settlement agreement and found him to be professional, knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured I fully understood my options at each stage. I particularly valued his balanced approach — setting out the legal position while also supporting my preference for a more amicable and practical resolution. His guidance helped me feel confident in my decisions and ultimately achieve a fair outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Will to anyone seeking clear and professional legal advice.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ellie, our solicitor, ( and Grace) who have been absolutely wonderful in handling a particularly complicated situation involving my late mother’s assets. Ellie has shown exceptional professionalism, patience, and understanding throughout the entire process. At times, I know I may have been a little impatient myself, but she remained calm, supportive, and consistently reassuring, which made a very difficult time much easier to manage, with no hidden costs. I am truly grateful for all her hard work and dedication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others. She is a real credit to your team.

I cannot rate this company high enough! Abbey and Luisa handled my house purchase and were both utterly fantastic. I had superb communication throughout the process, was updated regularly and they were always there to answer any questions and queries I had. Both ladies are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. However, what really stands out, alongside their professional service, is the genuine care, kindness, compassion and understanding that they show. They were always there with kind words and reassurance throughout the process and went above and beyond every step of the way. Absolutely outstanding service.

Julekha and Sarrina absolutely went above and beyond when a previous solicitors failed to act for six months. They completed everything in under 2 months and turned a nightmare situation into a dream. I can not recommend Rothera Bray and the team more and should be the only choice in Market Harborough and Leicestershire when it comes to Conveyancing and ensuring your application for purchasing a new home goes smoothly. The level of communication and empathy is second to none and there really isn't any other solicitor's that comes even close. Trust me when I say, save searching around elsewhere and save yourself a lot of headache and costs by picking Rothera Bray.
