Transport Contracts & Agreements
Commercial contracts and agreements underpin almost all business relationships in the transport and logistics sector. The likelihood is that the commercial agreements with your customers, suppliers, contractors and agents will govern your business model. Whether these were drafted on your behalf or not, it is crucial that you understand both the content, implications and constraints of these agreements.
Our commercial transport and logistics team take a no-nonsense, commercial approach to drafting or renegotiating your contracts and agreements. Whilst our ultimate aim is to offer you good business protection, we also understand the human aspect to any business relationship and always negotiate with an eye on maintaining and advancing your commercial relationships.
We can:
- Review any new agreements you are being asked to sign and advise you on any risks and implications, and on your options,
- Seek to renegotiate existing agreements and contracts on your behalf,
- Draft entirely new contracts for you to use both within your business and with third parties.

Joanne has been absolutely brilliant in handling our most recent house sale and purchase. We've used Joanne on several occasions now, and we genuinely can't fault the service she provides. She is always incredibly prompt in responding to emails and getting things actioned, while keeping us fully informed at every stage of the process. Her professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Working with Joanne and Nirvair has been a great experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solicitor. Thank you both for all your hard work!

I couldn't recommend Suzanne highly enough. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite daunting, but she made everything straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout – every question was answered promptly, and we were kept updated at every stage of the purchase. Thank you so much!!!

Having had to unfortunately move from a previous solicitor due to their frankly awful service I was recommended Emily Sherwood at Rothera Bray. I can honestly say she was incredible. She helped me re-group, ground myself and get back on track in an incredibly difficult situation and the end result was vastly different from the path it was heading. I would highly recommend Emily, and Rothera Bray. Hopefully I won't need to use the services of a solicitor again but if I do I would not hesitate to reach back out to them. Thank you again Emily for your sound advice, counsel and support.

We purchased a property with the help an Abbey and Luisa from the Conveyancing Team, and could not be happier with the service received. They were responsive and readily available to speak to when it was required. Best of all, apart from initial ID checks, this Solicitors does not use impersonal, frustrating portals! We would highly recommend and will be using for any needs in the future! Thank you

Great help throughout the process of buying our first home! Sara was very professional and got everything done for us quickly and smoothly. If there was anything we were unsure of we could always rely on Sara to inform us on what needed doing and to help us understand everything. Would definitely recommend.

I recently instructed Marneya in connection with a complex commercial lease renewal involving a long standing business tenant. From the outset Marneya was exceptionally proactive, thorough and always had my best interests at heart. The matter involved navigating some genuinely complex legal territory and detailed commercial negotiations. Throughout the entire process Marneya left no stone unturned, ensured I was fully informed of my legal position at every stage and provided clear and practical advice that allowed me to negotiate from a position of strength and confidence. The matter concluded with a positive outcome and I have no doubt that Marneya's involvement and expertise was instrumental in achieving it. I would not hesitate to recommend Marneya to anyone dealing with commercial property matters. A truly outstanding solicitor who goes above and beyond for their clients.
