“I was caught speeding and and already on 9 points, so the consequences were 12 points and an automatic 6 month ban. Due to my job and family commitments this would have been devastating. I contacted Rothera Bray and spoke to their specialist Anton Balkitis who listened to the facts around the events and advised that I would have a good chance of pleading exceptional hardship and having no ban. Over the next 4 months I put together the statements with the help of Anton and Chelsey Sewell at Rothera. They were a great help and handled the full case including all liaison with the courts. I got a fine, three points and no ban, with a huge help from Rothera Bray, very professional and helped me out of a sticky situation...Thanks and keep up the good work!”S Singh
“From the first phone call we had a couple of weeks ago through to the day of the case, you were a great help. Having already been contacted by a lawyer from another firm, your initial call meant I had absolutely no hesitation in agreeing to work with you and use your company over any other. You didn't promise that the outcome would necessarily go in our favour but made me feel like we would be in really good hands and that, if it were possible to get a good outcome, that we would have the best chance of achieving that working with you. You are exceptionally good at your job. ”Chris C

It was an awful experience self created of course but you made the pain much easier. Thanks Chelsey for all the precise and accurate communications and thanks to you Anton for your support in court on Monday. I’m glad I had you there with me.As you said when we departed Anton in a strange way I hope our paths don’t cross again but I will be forever grateful to you both.”L. Maynard

“Just a few words to thank Rothera Bray Solicitors. I was looking at a 6 month ban for having too many points on my driving licence due to previous speeding offences. I contacted Rothera Bray as there was a potential case for extreme hardship if I lost my license. Rothera Bray took on the case and won. Thankyou to Chelsey and Anton who were excellent.”Anthony
“I have to say I unfortunately got 12 points coming onto my licence, nothing to be proud of but desperately needed not to be disqualified as my lively hood was at stake. After a quick search and a few calls none giving me much confidence I finally called Rothera Bray and spoke with Chelsey who was most professional, friendly and very quickly putting my mind at ease. The process then on was straight forward. I can honestly say I would thoroughly recommend any one to use Rothera Bray. ”Martin
