Complaints procedure

We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided, you should inform us immediately so we can try to resolve the issue.

In the first instance please contact the person handling your case or the Head of Department to discuss your concerns.

If you would like to make a complaint, click the following link to download the: Rothera Bray Complaints Policy (PDF).

The Solicitors Regulation Authority can help if you are concerned about our behaviour, including issues such as dishonesty, misuse of funds, or unfair treatment.

You can raise concerns with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

What to do if we cannot resolve your complaint

The Legal Ombudsman can help if you are unable to resolve your complaint with us. They will review your complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case. Please see: how to complain to the legal ombudsman.
