Rothera Bray Solicitors’ Derby office is nestled in Amen Alley, a narrow historic street in the Cathedral Quarter of Derby city centre. The building dates to 1734, when Cathedral Chambers was built as a private residence. It looks out onto Derby Cathedral, with a good view of the falcons living on the tower.

It was first used as solicitors’ office in the 1935, when JH Powell and Co moved in. In 2022, JH Powell merged with Rotheras, becoming Rothera Bray in 2023. There is plenty of local parking nearby, including a car park immediately behind the office.

As our building is listed, it isn’t able to accommodate those with mobility difficulties. But if you let us know, we will hire a nearby meeting room for you. It will have full facilities for mobility scooters and wheelchairs. We’ll cover the cost of hiring these facilities.
