Liz Mills is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team and is based at our Derby office.  Liz is recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Associate.

Liz has worked within the East Midlands throughout her career.

She is very personable and straight talking, Liz mainly advises SMEs and owner managed businesses, her main area of focus being general M&A.

  • From 2010-2013: Liz qualified and started working in a Company and Commercial Team
  • She then joined a Corporate legal team based in Derby from 2013-2016
  • Liz also worked as part of another Corporate team based in Nottingham from 2016-2019
  • She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023 whilst she was at another Derby-based firm, and was recognised as a Rising Star by Legal 500
  • Liz joined Rothera Bray as a Senior Associate in the Corporate team in August 2024
