“I recently went through the process of selling my late mother’s house and chose Rothera Bray for conveyancing support. From start to finish, the team were exceptionally supportive, always on hand to answer my questions and guide me through each stage. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. The team kept me well-informed and responded to any queries promptly and clearly, which really put my mind at ease during what could have been a stressful time. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, the whole experience was made simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend Rothera Bray to anyone needing conveyancing support – their service was truly excellent. ”Anonymous
“Having been using Rothera Bray (previously Woolley, Beardsleys and Bosworth) for almost the last 10 years, I can honestly say that it is by far the best solicitors that I have used, in the Loughborough area. Having used them between 25-30 times in that period, not just for house sales and purchases, but for other tasks too, their work on everything has been exceptional, prompt and meticulous. Everything is explained clearly and no question ever feels too silly to ask... I must say a huge thankyou to Suzanne Riozzi, and her PA's over the years, who have been handling everything for me during this time. Her professionalism and dedication to her work, and clients, is second to none, and her time and effort has made the legal landscape for me personally, and for my work, a lot easier to navigate. Suzanne is the reason I have used, and will continue to use, Rothera Bray. ”Waleed
“Thank you to Tina and Suzanne. We had a great experience with our conveyancers. They communicated clearly and quickly, were professional yet friendly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Everything was handled efficiently and without stress. We would definitely recommend them.”Conveyancing client
“I was left with the unenviable task of selling my late cousin's maisonette on the outskirts of London. Health issues mean I'm unable to travel so everything had to be done remotely. On the surface it appeared so simple but the whole process was beset with trip-hazards and cliff-hangers all the way. I wouldn't have had a clue but the team remained calm and professional and negotiated the minefield step by step. At times they worked like beavers to achieve a successful and timely result, and I was kept informed every step of the way.”Torchie
“Really cannot thank Suzanne and Priscilla enough for their hard work. Easy to communicate with, timely in responses and efficient with work done, proactively followed up on what was needed and were required worked to very tight schedules. Faultless and very grateful for their work.”Helen G
