Christina Yardley is the CEO of Rothera Bray and leads the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, fostering a client-focused, ethical, and collaborative culture that benefits both clients and colleagues.

Christina qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and joined Rothera Bray Solicitors in 2017. After becoming a partner in the Wills, Trusts & Probate department—specialising in wills, probate, trusts, power of attorney, tax planning, and care fees—she was appointed CEO in 2019.
In this role, Christina is responsible for business planning, financial analysis, and strategic development, ensuring the firm remains aligned with its commitment to exceptional client service. She has driven significant organic growth and successfully led the firm through a major acquisition and two mergers.
Christina champions a culture of innovation, generating and coordinating ideas while ensuring their effective implementation. She maintains close engagement with our people through regular meetings, fostering collaboration and a strong sense of purpose. Passionate about community involvement, she promotes an inclusive and positive workplace, ensuring both clients and employees thrive.
