Caroline is a Senior Paralegal in Rothera Bray’s Licensing department and is based at our Lace Market, Nottingham office.

Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in licensing and gambling law. She is an experienced Senior Paralegal working with many types of hospitality operators in relation to licensing and gambling requirements.
Caroline carries out a range of licensing work including transfer of premises licences, variations of designated premises supervisor and applying for Personal Licences under the Licensing Act 2003.
Caroline is friendly and approachable with a meticulous eye for detail. Caroline is a nominated Invigilator for the Award for Personal Licence Holders qualification.

Ann Moralee, the mother of Isabelle Sapherson-Moralee, 22 – lovingly known as ‘Izzy’ – has spoken about the devastation her death from ketamine addiction has caused. She hopes that better education and training about ketamine addiction will help ensure that no other parent has to go through the same ordeal.
