The CILEx Awards which were launched last year, acknowledge and celebrate the exceptional talent, innovation and achievement of CILEx members, supporters and stakeholders.

Currently eleven of Rothera Bray members of staff, including three of its partners, are accredited or undertaking accreditation with CILEx.

The Law Firm of the Year category is presented to a firm that can demonstrate excellence in its chosen markets and highlight its success over the past year including how it sets itself apart from others, with the successful nominee able to demonstrate a proven record of legal expertise, excellent client satisfaction, business development initiatives, staff engagement and development.

The firm nominated itself for this award on the basis of its client satisfaction levels which are monitored through Google and Facebook reviews and client questionnaires, its encouragement of employee development and career progression and the pro-bono work it carries out within the local community as well as internal initiatives to encourage the implementation of more sustainable methods across the firm.

Christina Yardley, CEO at Rothera Bray said: “We are thrilled that the firm has been recognised by the CILEx awards for its CSR initiatives, client care and its commitment to the ongoing development of staff.

“We are proud of the initiatives we have launched so far and our ongoing growth strategy and business plan are indicative of how much more we want to achieve.”

Rothera Bray will find out if it has been successful in securing the award when the winners are revealed at the CILEx National Awards Ceremony on Thursday 5th September which are taking place at Madame Tussauds in London and will be hosted by Claudia Winkleman.

It has already been an exciting year for Rothera Bray in terms of awards. In addition to our nomination in the CILEx awards we recently won the Partnership of the Year category at this year’s Nottingham Post Business Awards for our collaborative work with Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The firm has also recently been shortlisted for the Commitment to People Development award at this year’s East Midlands Chamber Business Awards.
