Christina Yardley appointed CEO

Rothera Bray is delighted to announce that Christina Yardley, previously Business Development partner at Rothera Bray, is the firm’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Christina, who joined the firm in 2017 will work alongside Ann-Marie Bowman, formerly Rothera Bray Managing Partner who will step into the role of Chairwoman. Joining them on the Board is Richard Hammond who will take on the new role of Chief Innovations and Risk Officer.

These new positions within Rothera Bray are part of a wider restructure in order to facilitate the firm’s ambitious plans for growth. Ann-Marie successfully led the firm through its 2016 merger and Christina is poised to build on the exceptional work that Ann-Marie has carried out during her tenure, whilst bringing a new dimension to the strategic leadership of the firm.

In her role as CEO Christina, who is also a partner in the firm’s wills and probate department, will be developing and implementing the firm’s business plan, continuing with her business development role, managing the firm’s professional support division and reviewing the firm’s financial strategy.

Christina said: “This is an exciting time for the firm and I’m really looking forward to working with the excellent team at Rothera Bray to drive forward our vision of a people-focused firm that operates collaboratively and ethically within the wider community in order to give our clients a service that exceeds their expectations.”

Ann-Marie Bowman said: “We want to build on our strong history and prominence in Nottingham and see our new structure as an important step in galvanising our plans.

“We are delighted that Christina will be leading the firm in her new role as CEO and have no doubt that Christina’s progressive and commercial approach together with the firms new structure will have a considerable impact on the service we provide to clients.”

The firm has ambitious plans for 2019 including developing its recruitment strategy and opportunities for career development as well as making a further commitment to its CSR policies and client care practices.
