Sarah’s role in human resources focuses on supporting all employees at Rothera Bray, ensuring she is always available for support, guidance, career development or just a friendly face to talk to. She also provides HR advice and support to the CEO and Executive Board.

Sarah is a driving force for our culture and maintaining the high standard Rothera Bray sets for the workplace environment and staff engagement, understanding that a valued, thriving and positive ethos is essential for employee development and our employees’ wellbeing.   • Sarah joined Fraser Brown solicitors in 1988 as a secretary, before becoming the Chief Executive’s PA and then moving into HR in 2008
  • Sarah joined Rothera Bray as a HR Advisor in April 2022
  • She was promoted to HR Director at Rothera Bray in October 2024
