Sarah Poole is Rothera Bray’s HR Director and is based at our Lace Market office in the heart of Nottingham city centre.

Sarah’s role in human resources focuses on supporting all employees at Rothera Bray, ensuring she is always available for support, guidance, career development or just a friendly face to talk to. She also provides HR advice and support to the CEO and Executive Board.
Sarah is a driving force for our culture and maintaining the high standard Rothera Bray sets for the workplace environment and staff engagement, understanding that a valued, thriving and positive ethos is essential for employee development and our employees’ wellbeing. Sarah is keen to ensure that our people have a good work-life balance and champions a culture where staff feel they are valued, empowered and are able to thrive.
