- Sabita has previously worked for a high street firm in Leicester, from September 2024 to May 2025. During that time, she gained experience across several practice areas, including Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution, and Private Client

Corporate team advises global pretzel bakery Ditsch on its acquisition of Worldbake
Our Corporate team has advised Ditsch bakery on the acquisition of the business and assets of Worldbake Limited, a long‑standing UK distributor of Ditsch products and the creation of Ditsch UK in July 2025.
