Kim is a receptionist at our Derby office and is a first point of contact for clients who visit our Amen Alley branch.

Drawing from several years of customer-facing experience, Kim prides herself on her ability to effortlessly put clients at ease, approaching each interaction with a blend of sensitivity and empathy that fosters trust and rapport. Whether addressing concerns or providing guidance, Kim’s approach is characterised by genuine care and a commitment to making each client feel supported and understood.
In addition to assisting clients, Kim oversees a range of administrative tasks including record-keeping and coordinating schedules with colleagues.
