Hayley Hart is a Solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Residential Conveyancing department and is based at our Mapperley branch office.

Hayley is friendly and approachable and enjoys building a good working relationship with her clients. She understands that buying or selling a property can be both a daunting and stressful process and recognises the importance of providing regular updates to her clients and she is always happy to answer any questions or concerns which they may have. Hayley is committed to achieving and maintaining her clients’ expectations and ensuring that the transaction runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible from start to finish.
Hayley has over 8 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and is able to advise and assist clients on various aspects including, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and dealing with both registered and unregistered land.

Scotland has taken the decisive step to address that gap by introducing the UK’s first statutory licensing framework for these procedures through the Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Act 2026. The Act received Royal Assent on 12 May 2026.
