2025

Our Corporate team has advised Ditsch bakery on the acquisition of the business and assets of Worldbake Limited, a long‑standing UK distributor of Ditsch products and the creation of Ditsch UK in July 2025.

This weekend, we were incredibly proud to see our Serious Injury Partner, Greg Almond, cross the finish line of the 2026 London Marathon, all in support of Headway Nottingham, a charity that has made a real difference to our clients.

We’re pleased to announce that we have relocated our Leicester office from its longstanding home on Humberstone Road to Mercury Place on St George Street, Leicester.

Rothera Bray lawyers have been named in the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List: a national initiative celebrating legal professionals who have contributed 25 hours or more of pro bono work over the past year.
