Emma Seaton is a Senior Paralegal in Rothera Bray’s Wills and Probate team and is based at our Mapperley office.

Emma is a highly experienced Senior Paralegal with over 21 years’ experience across conveyancing, wills and probate, and employment law. She has recently returned to Rothera Bray, having begun her legal career with the firm nearly 20 years ago when it was known as Sharp and Partners Solicitors. This return reflects both her strong professional roots with the firm and the breadth of knowledge and capability she has developed throughout her career.
Emma brings a conscientious, organised, and client-focused approach, with a proven ability to manage complex workloads, support fee earners effectively, and deliver high standards of legal and administrative support.
