“I recently used Rothera Bray for a house sale and purchase. The service I received from Ellie Robinson was top tier I was always kept up to date with the progression of the sale and purchase if ever I had any queries they were always answered quickly. My purchase wasn't straightforward there were a few teething problems with the property we were buying that needed to be sorted to make sure we weren't going to be in a bad situation after purchasing and Ellie made sure she went through everything with a fine tooth comb and everything was right before completion. Grace Millward also helped with things and was great. I would definitely recommend this company.”Michelle Dakin

“I recently sold my house using Ellie at Rothera Bray and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish Ellie kept me fully informed, explained everything clearly and was always quick to update me on the progress. What really stood out was how proactive and reassuring she was throughout the process, especially when delays occurred further down the chain. Ellie made sure I understood what was happening at every stage which took away a lot of the usual stress involved in moving house. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail was excellent and I always felt relaxed and confident that everything was being handled properly. I would highly recommend Ellie to anyone buying or selling a property. ”Lee Robinson
“I had an outstanding experience with Ellie Robinson. She went out of her way at every stage and kept me updated continuously, even when there was no new information to share. Every part of the process was completed as quickly as possible and nothing was ever too much trouble. Ellie kept the other parties moving, provided clear and thorough legal advice, and presented all documentation in a way that was easy to understand. I could not recommend her highly enough.”Georgia Oxley-Smith
“Ellie guided us with our help to buy payment from start to finish. She was very polite, friendly and even had to chase me up on stuff which I really appreciated as it can usually be the other way round. She continuously kept us in the loop and even let us know when she was going to be on annual leave in case we couldn’t reach her at any point. Help to buy are notorious for their lack of communication and Ellie smoothed this out for us and made this so much easier. Grace was also fantastic at taking over our account when Ellie was on annual leave and she also kept us in the loop of the proceedings. Thank you both! ”Coral
