Eleanor is our receptionist and is the first point of contact for clients at our Lace Market office.

Eleanor provides a friendly and welcoming demeanour and is the first point of contact for our clients, whether they come to us in person or contact us by phone or email.
Eleanor understands that when clients initially contact us they could be experiencing a wide range of emotions; as a result she gauges how clients are feeling and responds appropriately, helping to support clients and put them at ease.
Eleanor also assists with a range of administrative duties, maintaining records and schedules and interacting with colleagues on important matters.
