David has been based for the majority of his career in Derby. He is recognised as an expert in his field and has nearly 30 years’ of experience, advising on corporate matters. His main areas of focus are general M&A, private equity and banking and finance.
David has advised and continues to advise a broad spectrum of clients including owner managed businesses, overseas entities, listed companies and multi-national conglomerates. He has a wealth of experience advising, in particular, manufacturing, IT (software and hardware), aerospace and healthcare businesses.
