Amrita Johal is a solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Dispute Resolution department and is based at our Lace Market office.

Amrita has experience handling a variety of legal matters for both businesses and individuals. Her expertise includes breach of contract, debt recovery, contentious probate, and boundary and neighbor disputes, representing both claimants and defendants.
She is committed to delivering clear and honest advice, focusing on pragmatic solutions that align with her clients’ goals. Where appropriate, Amrita works to negotiate settlement agreements that carefully balance her clients’ objectives with the risks associated with litigation.

- Amrita began her legal career in 2017 as a paralegal in the Networks department of a national law firm, where she supported utility companies and handled commercial property matters. In 2019 she was promoted to senior paralegal
- In 2022, Amrita joined an East Midlands law firm as a paralegal. While there she gained valuable experience in Dispute Resolution, Commercial, Commercial Property, and Employment law during her training contract. She qualified as a solicitor in February 2024
- Amrita became part of Rothera Bray’s Dispute Resolution department in November 2024
