The British Show Pony Society is the UK’s Premier Showing Society for owners and riders of Show Ponies, Show Hunter Ponies, Working Hunter Ponies, and Mountain or Moorland Ponies, with membership divided into 22 franchised areas across the country which organise regional shows, training days, points parties, and social events.
As part of our partnership, members of BSPS will be able to take advantage of our legal helpline, providing free initial legal advice to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Led by Partner and Equine Law specialist Caroline Bowler, Rothera Bray’s Equine Law team can offer guidance and support to BSPS members on a wide range of equestrian legal services including equine loan agreements, sale and purchase agreements, horse ownership, riding and horse accident claims, veterinary, farrier or trainer negligence, public liability, transport of horses/operator’s licence and equine disputes.
In addition, BSPS members can also benefit from Rothera Bray’s legal expertise on a range of personal and business matters, from conveyancing, family law, personal injury and making a will to corporate and commercial advice, transport law, employment law, landlord services, business disputes and commercial property.
