Nine trainee solicitors and legal executives have qualified with Rothera Bray throughout 2025

We’re delighted that nine of our talented trainees and chartered legal executives have officially qualified as solicitors and are continuing their legal careers with us here.

Tom BarryDispute Resolution

Tom began his journey with us as a trainee solicitor in September 2023, gaining experience in Mental Capacity, Court of Protection, and Family Law. He’s now qualified and joined our Dispute Resolution team, and is based at our Nottingham Lace Market office.

Libby BirtWills & Probate

Libby started with us in April 2023 as a will writer and progressed to a private client executive in November of the same year. She became a solicitor in September after cross-qualifying with CILEX and is based at our Loughborough office.

Toby ByfordWills & Probate

Toby joined in August 2023 as a trainee solicitor and completed seats in Conveyancing and Trusts & Tax. He’s qualified into our Wills and Probate team and is based at the Lace Market office.

George CokkinosEmployment

George began as a paralegal in 2022, working across Dispute Resolution and Employment. He started his training contract with us in September 2023, completing seats in Licensing and Commercial Property. George has qualified into the Employment Law team at our Derby office.

Talita FantauzziWills & Probate

Talita joined Rothera Bray as a paralegal in September 2021 and began her training contract in May 2023. She qualified as a solicitor in June and is now part of our Wills and Probate team at the West Bridgford office.

Amie HardyCommercial Property

Amie joined Rothera Bray in 2022 as a paralegal in the Commercial Property department and quickly rose to Senior Paralegal in early 2023. After starting her training contract in September 2023, she’s now qualified into the Commercial Property team at our Nottingham Lace Market office.

Erica HurstCompany & Commercial

Erica joined our Company and Commercial team as a paralegal in January 2023 and began her Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship that September. Having recently received her SQE2 results, she’s now qualified into the team based in the Lace Market.

Laura RuncakConveyancing

Laura initially joined the firm as a conveyancing paralegal in May 2023 and qualified as a chartered legal executive in September. She also cross-qualified as a solicitor that same month and is based across our Beeston and Derby offices.

Will TrotterEmployment

Will started his training contract in September 2023, with seats in Wills & Probate, Employment, and Commercial Property. After qualifying in September, he’s now joined our Employment team at the Nottingham HQ.
