The Lighthouse has been a staple of the Leicestershire eateries for many years, previously holding the reputation as one of the best Italian restaurants in the region, until more recently primarily focussing on fresh seafood.

Lino and Sarah Poli instructed Marneya Chauhan, Associate Solicitor at Rothera Bray LLP, to deal with the sale of the commercial property. Marneya was delighted to assist the local eatery throughout the whole process ensuring that they received the highest level of client care and service throughout.

Following the transaction, Marneya Chauhan commented:

“It has been an absolute pleasure to act for Lino and Sarah Poli in this matter. It is great that we reached exchange of contracts in a timely manner and I am delighted that we were able to get this transaction completed within the timescale the client required. I look forward to working further with the client in the near future”.

Lino and Sarah Poli commented:

“Having dealt with the sale of my mother’s three pubs in recent years, we were ready for the almost inevitable and unnecessary arduous rigmarole of a commercial sale. However, Marneya was able to cut through it all and deal with the salient points efficiently and, whilst always protecting our interests, ensure a smooth transition from instruction to exchange and ultimately completion. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rothera Bray and will most certainly be employing their services again.”
