Ruth Ball is a Managing Associate and the Head of Corporate & Individual Insolvency at Rothera Bray and is based at our Lace Market, Nottingham and Market Harborough offices.

Ruth qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has over 20 years’ experience specialising in contentious insolvency and complex dispute resolution. She advises on a wide range of matters including corporate and personal insolvency disputes, director claims and antecedent transactions, retention of title claims, enforcement of personal guarantees, unlawful dividend claims, and both winding up and bankruptcy petitions. Her depth of knowledge and strategic approach make her a trusted advisor in high-pressure situations.
