Marika acts for commercial property lenders, property investors and landowners, advising on a variety of transactional matters. She has also previously worked on transactions involving the NHS, including the grant of leases containing NHS-specific requirements and clauses.

Career Highlights

  • After qualifying, Marika began her career with a firm in London, where she built a strong foundation in commercial property work. She has remained in this area throughout her career, progressing from newly qualified solicitor to associate solicitor
  • Marika has previously volunteered at Age UK’s drop-in centre in Loughborough, offering support to older members of the community
  • Marika joined Rothera Bray as an Associate Solicitor in March 2026
