Lyndsey is a Solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Mental Capacity and Court of Protection department. She is based at our Nottingham office.
Lyndsey specialises in Court of Protection and Lasting Power of Attorney matters.
Lyndsey is passionate about providing support to elderly and vulnerable clients whose health or mental capacity has deteriorated either as a result of old age, illness or personal injury. Lyndsey provides a friendly and compassionate approach at what she understands can be an emotional time for those individuals and their loved ones.
Lyndsey is committed to providing excellent client care and as a result, strives to ensure that anyone looking to use our services feels relaxed and comfortable with her from the beginning. She is happy to carry out home visits and will always work to accommodate her client’s needs.

Baby Loss Awareness Week, held from 9–15 October 2025, is a time to honour those tiny lives lost too soon, to support grieving families, and to raise awareness of the impact baby loss has on individuals and communities.
Abuse in trusted environments like scouting groups is a painful reality that continues to surface. While most volunteers are dedicated and caring, some individuals exploit these roles to harm vulnerable children.
