“Julekha and Sarrina absolutely went above and beyond when a previous solicitors failed to act for six months. They completed everything in under 2 months and turned a nightmare situation into a dream. I can not recommend Rothera Bray and the team more and should be the only choice in Market Harborough and Leicestershire when it comes to Conveyancing and ensuring your application for purchasing a new home goes smoothly. The level of communication and empathy is second to none and there really isn't any other solicitor's that comes even close. Trust me when I say, save searching around elsewhere and save yourself a lot of headache and costs by picking Rothera Bray.”Robert

“Brilliant service from Julekha and Sarrina . They have successfully completed the conveyancing of one of our properties for our organisation. They are prompt, accurate and responsive consistently. And in a profession not always known for great customer service these two people stand out with a winning formula! All for a reasonable fee. I can’t endorse them both highly enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”Matt Watters
“We recently moved house and Julekha and team were amazing. We were kept well informed throughout the selling & buying process and they worked hard to achieve a very tight deadline.”Gary Lee
“My son sold his flat through the Market Harborough branch. He dealt with Tina Rana at the start but when she went on maternity leave the case was taken over by Julekha Nathani, although the buyers solicitors had raised over 100 queries, she dealt with it in her normal way with amazing professionalism. Julekha moved heaven and earth to keep everything on track and get the sale across the line. If your looking for a great solicitor with a wealth of knowledge and experience she is your lady. ”Melanie

From 6 April 2026 employers will face a number of changes to statutory payment rates and employment law compensation limits. These changes, which are the result of both annual rate adjustments and wider reforms under the Employment Rights Act 2025, will increase employer costs, expand eligibility for workers, and require updates to payroll processes, policies and budgeting.

Nearly 400 employers have been failing to pay the National Minimum Wage in findings published by the Government recently. This has resulted in them being told to repay almost £7.3 million in wages owed to workers as well as the almost £12.6 million which they will have to pay in penalties.

Ewan Paton from our Family Law team provides comment for legal practitioners on recent case law developments, and whether the courts may be adopting a more nuanced approach to conduct in financial remedy proceedings.

It’s been a busy year for Rothera Bray’s Commercial Property team, including Partner Russell Thompson, who has completed a standout hat-trick of deals that illustrate perfectly the range and complexity of work handled by the team.
