Hayley is friendly and approachable and enjoys building a good working relationship with her clients. She understands that buying or selling a property can be both a daunting and stressful process and recognises the importance of providing regular updates to her clients and she is always happy to answer any questions or concerns which they may have. Hayley is committed to achieving and maintaining her clients’ expectations and ensuring that the transaction runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible from start to finish.
Hayley has over 8 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and is able to advise and assist clients on various aspects including, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and dealing with both registered and unregistered land.
Career Highlights
- After completing her law degree, Hayley began her legal career in 2012 and worked for a small local law firm in their Accounts department. During this time, she also worked voluntarily in the other legal departments to gain additional legal experience.
- In 2013 Hayley joined another local firm and worked as a paralegal in their Residential Conveyancing department.
- In 2017 Hayley joined another local firm as a paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing department. Hayley then commenced her training contract with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in November 2019. Hayley then worked for over two years at this firm, running her own caseload and dealing with a variety of residential conveyancing transactions.
- In February 2022 Hayley joined Rothera Bray as a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing department.

Employment law update: what’s changing from 6 April 2026?
From 6 April 2026 employers will face a number of changes to statutory payment rates and employment law compensation limits. These changes, which are the result of both annual rate adjustments and wider reforms under the Employment Rights Act 2025, will increase employer costs, expand eligibility for workers, and require updates to payroll processes, policies and budgeting.
