- Michelle joined the firm Young and Pearce in 2004 prior to its subsequent mergers with Sharp and Partners in 2012 to form Sharp Young and Pearce and the merger between Sharp Young and Pearce and Rothera Dowson in 2016 to become Rothera Sharp
