Associate Solicitor
Sophie Spreckley is an Associate Solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Family Law team and is based at our Derby office but also covers Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

Sophie guides her clients by carefully considering the options available for resolving and progressing their case on an amicable yet fair basis. Her approach includes exploring whether alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, arbitration, or private Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) hearings may be suitable for each client, with the aim of minimising court involvement wherever possible.
However, Sophie is also highly experienced in representing clients within court proceedings and is well equipped to provide robust support throughout the entire process. Her combination of practical advice and strong advocacy ensures that clients feel supported and informed at every stage.
