Lucy Pettitt is based in our Mapperley office and has amassed over 12 years of experience in all aspects of Conveyancing.
Lucy is a Chartered Legal Executive that assists clients on all matters related to Conveyancing and is committed to reducing the stress that comes with moving house.
Lucy is able to offer help and advice for clients on sales & purchase, leasehold and freehold, new build purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, auction properties, buy to let and right to buy. She has particular expertise in the sales & purchase of the Government-launched “Help to Buy” scheme and help to buy ISAs.
Offering clients a truly dedicated, personal service with high levels of communication; she is committed to keeping clients up to date throughout the sales/purchase process and is always happy to answer any questions as they arise.
Lucy also prides herself on the relationship she has built with clients and other businesses, including local estate agents, landlords and developers. By taking the time to get to know her clients, her ethos is to help allay fears and get people moving as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
