Libby Birt is a Solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Wills and Probate department and is based at our Loughborough office.
Libby assists clients with enquiries regarding drawing up or amending both simple or complex wills, trusts and preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Libby provides a sensitive approach towards clients, knowing that they may be vulnerable, and avoids legal jargon, explaining things in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
