Janet Prentice is a Paralegal in Rothera Bray’s Wills, Probate and Trusts department and is based at our Lace Market office in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
As part of the Wills and Probate team Janet assists with the creation of new Wills, the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and the administration of estates.
Janet understands that many clients enquiring about wills and probate matters are still grieving, therefore she provides a sympathetic approach whilst ensuring that she obtains the information required from the client by communicating with clarity and honesty.
