Job description
As a Commercial Property Solicitor at Rothera Bray, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and commercial occupiers. You will work on matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases (granting, renewing, and terminating)
- Development site acquisition and disposal
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Secured lending and property finance
- Corporate support on commercial transactions
You will be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with access to high-quality work and opportunities for continued professional development.

Skills, experience and attributes
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2+ years PQE)
- Experience in handling a wide range of commercial property matters
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A team player with a proactive and commercial mindset
