She works with businesses to navigate the employment life cycle from recruitment and beyond, helping to avoid disputes arising in the first place and making sure that companies understand their legal obligations. Natalie also has a particular specialism in advising transport companies on employment law and HR matters, working closely alongside Rothera Bray’s transport regulatory team.
