Sandy is known for her calm and professional approach, particularly in supporting first-time buyers and those navigating the complexities of new build properties. Sandy has extensive experience working with regional and national housing developers, ensuring that buyers feel at ease throughout the entire home-buying process.

In addition to her technical skills, Sandy has played a key role in business development. She has successfully established new relationships, cultivated partnerships with house builders, and has a proven track record of securing spots on developer panels. Her ability to build and maintain strong relationships has been instrumental in expanding business opportunities.

  • Sandy completed her training contract at a national law firm in Nottingham, completing seats in Commercial Property, Construction, Clinical Negligence and Residential Property before going on to qualify in Residential Property in 2019, specialising in new builds
  • Between 2019 and 2024 Sandy worked as a Residential Property Solicitor at a Nottingham based law firm before it was acquired by a national law firm
  • Sandy joined Rothera Bray as an Associate Solicitor in the Conveyancing department in August 2024
