Luisa Palumbo is a Senior Paralegal in Rothera Bray’s Conveyancing team and is based at our Loughborough office.

Luisa is a very down-to-earth and approachable person, and is aware that moving house can be extremely stressful. She treats each client as an individual, recognising that no two clients are the same.

Understanding that communication is key, Luisa encourages clients to call whenever they feel anxious or concerned, as she is always there to help. Luisa knows that house sales can happen for many reasons—some happy, some sad—and she always makes time to listen. Proactive by nature, she continually looks for the most efficient way to achieve a successful completion date for every client. She currently works with Abbey Freeman.

I cannot thank Rothera Bray Loughborough enough; my house move should have been straight forward, but several hiccups happened along the way. I did both my sale and purchase through them and had excellent service. They were supportive, offered great advice and updates and was their when I had multiple queries. Luisa was amazing, she was there for me when I didn't understand certain queries and was a really calm influence when I was worried about queries I had on the property I was buying. The final run up to completion of our sale was very stressful but we were helped by Luisa, Abbey's assistant.
